First Step: Getting in touch

First, let me learn a little more about you and your love story! I’d love to hear about your thoughts and ideas for the shoot/ your wedding!

Next Step: Choosing the right package

Feel free to ask for advice when choosing the package. Sometimes we customise our package to fit client’s needs. After you’ve found your right package and made the booking, we can start our discussion on every little details. 

Next Step: Consultation

At this stage we could work together on small and big items! From choosing the style of your dress, or the theme colour of your wedding, to planning the schedule of the day, I’m always here to help! 

Final Step: Your shooting day

It’s the day! All you have to do is to enjoy your day! Nothing else to worry about, we got your back! We will be to make sure all precious moments are well-captured. And the day after you could just relax at home, and wait for our previews!

How do we make a booking?

You can fill out the contact form and once we get in touch, we will talk through some basic details of your wedding. That way I can recommend the package that suits you the best! Once you have made your decision, I’ll guide you through the final steps to confirm your date!

Do you offer videography services?

No, we do not do video ourselves, but we are more than happy to recommend some good ones! 

Do we need a second photographer for our wedding?

I would always recommend my clients to have a second shooter, escpecially for weddings with more guests. An extra shooter will bring you more angles! 

Do we need to pay a "booking fee"?

Clients will have to pay a retainer fee to lock the date. It is usually 50% of your package price upfront.

How far in advanced should we book?

Usually I would say 1 year ahead if it’s for a wedding day. Weekends are very popular in high season and they’re gone real quick! I do leave some days empty for last minute bookings though, so just ask!  For an engagement session, I always suggest clients to schedule their shoot at least 6 months before their wedding, so you could reach out to us anytime before that.    

How long is the turnaround time for the photos?

For wedding sessions in the UK, it usually takes approximately 6-8 weeks for post production depending on the season. But I will deliver around 20 sneak-peeks right after the wedding (usually in 1-2 days) so you can share with family and friends! For other sessions or sessions in HK, please talk to us and we will let you know the time frame for your particular session. 

What if it rains on my session day?

For an outdoor engagement session, we could usually reschedule it to another day. When it’s an event which you cannot reschedule, e.g. your wedding day, a clear umbrella would be a great help!
