A Blooming Paris Wedding at the Le Pavillon Dauphine

This Paris wedding was a stunning celebration of colour and elegance, with the floral setup as the showstopper. A vibrant mix of pink, orange, and yellow blooms filled the venue, creating a floral wonderland that was as breathtaking as it was romantic.
The groom, with a fondness for nostalgia, asked if I could include some film shots in addition to the digital ones for his wedding. Having started my photography journey with film, I was thrilled to say yes. Film has always been close to my heart, and getting back to my roots for this wedding felt like a natural and deeply personal choice. There’s something magical about the process—the anticipation, the rawness, and the way film captures light and emotion.

DESTINATION WEDDING
PARIS
Both born and raised in Paris, the bride and groom's Chinese heritage was beautifully woven into their wedding. The morning was dedicated to a traditional Chinese ceremony, followed by the lively and chaotic gate-crashing ritual. The couple also shared traditional Chinese foods such as noodles, symbolising longevity, and Tang Yuan (sweet rice balls), representing a happy family reunion, making their celebration rich in cultural meaning.
